Just a thought. How would fire ants make the Gnomish epic mount go faster? Personally, I see the mechanostriders having a little hamster running on a wheel, deep inside the body of it, as a power source. maybe the epic ones just replace the water bottle with one filled with something I call, “Caffiene Substitute” (Mix in a 330ml bottle. half fill with Lucozade (a Glucose based energy drink with caffiene), top off with cola, and then dissolve as much sherbet as it can take. CAREFULLY mix by tipping bottle end over end. The mixture will radiate a small amount of heat while mixing… I invented this stuff during a boring LARP session. Tastes nice… also cleans gum off of pavement/sidewalks…)
Wow, both for her attitude and facial expressions, I love your mount vendor. I especially like the way she looks in panel 2 (the “Whatchoo talkin about, Willis?” face) and panel 6. I hope we get to see her again sometime in another WoW comic from you.
Ahhh one of the great mysteries of the universe finally explained. Now I’d like to understand how these nether drakes (who are supposedly incorporal and semi-out of phase with reality) can support the weight of a fully-equipped platemail-wearing warrior AND move at 260% speed?
Way to go with the Oger armor in the 5th pannel. Perfect. And, yea, WOW is a life sucker. I still cant fathom that you actually STOPED playing. I thought that that was immpossible. Never played it my self, more of an Oblivion fan I am.

Tundra: Before WoW, the only MMO’s I’d played were City of Heros and Everquest WAY back in the day. Both of those bored me too much to continue past the early levels (I don’t think I ever got an EQ character past 10). But WoW has enough story and interest that it kept me around. I’ve got 2 70’s right now collecting dust even.
I wanna say your friend is a warrior, but now I’m not sure…the shoulders look like the warrior Tier 4 shoulders and I know the goggles when I see em, though it looks like the rest of his armor is chain mail except for his bracers and greaves.

Nothing I read in the rules indicates that they only accept colored comics. I just that that it’s mostly… tradition? That people keep on submitting colored ones. In fact, I decided to look, and I found a couple black and white ones:

I’ve never played WoW. Mostly I prefer one person RPGs, especially KotOR and KotOR 2: The Sith Lords.
