Zig really needs to learn to stand up for himself after this. Poor Liz, her sand town got smushed by Rex and his ball. Love the expressions in this one, especially mad Liz, in the last panel. =)
Zig running away is exactly what a lizard would do. I have a bearded dragon that if he thinks you are chasing him, you will have a hard time catching him, he runs fast.
Zig is so cute. I like the details on the banding of his tail on panel 2.
OH NOES! Zee sandcastle… it is ruined. Well, such is the problem with sandcastles, people always ruin them. Or the tide. This just proves more that Sid is kind of a jerk sometimes. Bloody pirates…
And Liz is still adorable in that bathing suit, even when she looks pissed.
Fun stuff! Sadly I’ve been having trouble keeping up with the comic lately. I don’t know why but the RSS feed didn’t notify me of the last 3 updates. I noticed that the last reported update was over a week ago, realized that didn’t seem right and came in to investigate. I know nothing about how RSS feeds work but something in there somewhere is not detecting your updates reliably. Hope you can get that fixed!
Anytime you see “phew” 2/3 of the way through a comic, you know disaster is going to strike what was once thought to be saved. Glad it wasn’t that much of a disaster.
Then again, she now has Rex…
Ouch…In full view of Sunny….remember she was only a few feet away from Liz folks, so she saw Sylver. …Unless she would have happened to fall asleep and slept right through all that, but I doubt that with Sylver yelling like that.
I just love Liz’s expressions while she….valiantly…defends her sand-topia, particularly in the 4th panel XD.
Glad to see Sid wasn’t so heartless to just leave Rex floating out there on his own, though I hope Rex doesn’t become the focus of Liz’s wrath due to his…unfortunate landing.
I’m guessing that Sid is gonna do some ass-kicking when he catches up to that damned “playah” wolf… and that’s just for him chasing Zigfried! Imagine what he’s gonna do to the wolf when he tries to explain his way out of the beating, only to tell him he was hitting on another chick!
Okay…correct me if I’m wrong, but the reason Sylver is chasing Zig to begin with is so he can impress upon him the importance of keeping his mouth shut about the chick he was ogling, right? So much for that.
Something tells me big hearted Sunni would have much more of a problem with wolfie bullying Zig than ogling another female.
And I think it’s safe to say that, in Liz’s head, Sid has just nullified the whole mugging-vengance episode…
It’s time for Sid to kick ass and chew bubble gum……. and he’s all out of gum!!! lol

The castle got Rex’d. I think the sandcastle is reparable, it would take a fair amount of work.
